Returns and Cancellations

At Dancovershop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden purchases. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Notify Customer Service

  Contact our support team via the contact form or email to register your return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the item is unused and securely packed in its original box with all manuals and accessories included to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return label and send the package to our central warehouse; please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
